The mission of the Emma Jewel Charter Academy is to instill within each child a passion for learning, a strong desire to nurture their family members, friends, and their community. We will empower each individual scholar to be lifelong learners, problem solvers and have a positive impact in their community.

We believe that all children can demonstrate academic excellence when they are placed in a nurturing educational environment where they are valued for their uniqueness.

We provide a safe, secure and challenging learning environment, through the responsible use of all resources, to afford opportunities for all scholars to realize their individual potential and to become responsible and productive members of society.

Academic Focus

Emma Jewel Charter Academy is proud to be part of the Community Eligible Program (CEP) and the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program. As a part of these programs we teach students about healthy nutrition and introduce them to new taste that they may not have experienced before.
